What countries do you ship to?

We are an official Doreme distributor based in the UK. We do offer worldwide shipping

When will I receive my order?

We ship all orders via Royal Mail Tracked services, either on the same day or the next working day after purchase. Our working days are Monday to Friday.

Royal Mail typically delivers within 2–4 working days for UK mainland addresses.

A postage fee applies to orders under £40. Orders over £40 qualify for free standard delivery.

If you choose a Next Day Delivery upgrade, we dispatch these orders Monday to Thursday. For orders placed on a Friday, you have the option to select Saturday Delivery at checkout.

Please note: Orders placed with Next Day Delivery on a Saturday or Sunday will be dispatched on the next working day (Monday)

I haven't received my order what should I do?

Simply get in touch and someone will help you out ASAP.

What is your returns policy?

All products may be returned to us unused within 30 days for a refund. Buyer pays return postage and will incur a 10% restocking fee. All returns must be unopened in resalable condition .

What is a product back order?

Sometimes, especially with popular pigments we have to place these on back order while we await more stock. Back ordered stock is usually delivered within 10 working days .
